Dr. Claudio Giordano, APIS Chem S.r.l. CEO, is Chemistry Consultant for DavosPharma since 2002.

Prior to establishing APIS, he was Vice President of the Custom Synthesis Division at Norpharma S.p.A. He was also Senior Management Board Member, Director of the Division of Fine Chemicals and Director of the Organic Chemistry Research Institute at the Zambon Group S.p.A., and he served as Director of the Process R&D/Pilot Plant at Blaschim S.p.A., and Senior Scientist at Montedison S.p.A.

He has 80 scientific publications, and has been awarded more than 100 patents. Dr. Giordano holds a Laureate degree from the University of Pisa.

He has also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Chicago.
